My 09 (yes, the Grey Ghost) will be ready for this and I am looking forward to attending ! To bad this ain't a gun show too. I want a pair of old school 1911A1's !!! Oh well, someone said beer and cigars, so that will do !!
Since this will be my first event, any details on the show...
Hey !!!!! Put me down for one !!1 I like the idea of the opening rear window. I would assume that the rear portion would be of a hatch type configuration?
that does look **** fine !
Ok, so what base (or are they all the same) and what antenna will I need to do this on my Oh9. I have the mid-cab mounting position. I want it to look authentic, if possible. I will also be buying the mount, base and anything else I need for this as I don't have anything for it at the moment...
So, since I can't afford any of the milspec comms gear right now, I'll have to do with a decent CB (perhaps a Cobra 29 for now). And, I don't want my new oh9 looking naked, so I am going to put a AS3916 antenna and base on her.
My question is, can I use this antenna and interface that with the...
Come'on now Dave, you are selling that fine lookin machine to me. No take backs !
I called it first !!:jumpin::mrgreen::jumpin: LOL !
It is nice, very nice.
This is one good looking truck in person. By the looks of her as she sits, this oh9 was extremely well cared for and maintained. Minor (and I mean minor) surface rust only. And those panels are uber straight. I think the gray will look really good with the windows tinted.
You do very...
I like the interior 120db horn. No one will last long with that thing going off!!!!!!!!!!!
Snakes on board sounds good too !
I will read through the "Vehicle Security" thread in the FAQ section.
Thanks All !!!!!!!![thumbzup]
Breaking into anything is easy these days. And I know everyone has a key to these trucks. I can't stop the actual break in, but I can prevent the perp from driving away with my truck.
I have an 1970 Mustang Convertible (for sale, if anyone is interested) and I have a remote controlled...
I was wondering if anyone has modified a cargo cover from, say, civi Blazer or Suburban, or a Ford Explorer type vehicle, a to fit in the rear cargo area of a 1009? I live in the Baltimore/DC area and would love to cover the back area to keep prying eyes out of there. Too many people want what...
I don't remember where I last spotted it, but there is a kit to polish glass. I think it may have been Eastwood or something like that. From what some of the hot rodders have said, the polishing kits for glass do work. It just takes time, a lot of patients and a little bit of caution.
KsM715, do those fold forward (or back)?? Those are the exact ones that I saw on the Deuce.
My information has it that some guy in Delaware had them and was selling them for $250 per pair, shipping not included.
They look good. I am wondering if those are rear seats. I had thought that the ones I saw folded forward (or back), but perhaps not. They don't look over sized and may fir right in the truck. I am going to keep an eye out for some of these.
Thanks for the pics !!!
Have any pictures of them? How much did you pay for them and where did you get them? Do you think they will fit in the 1009?
Sorry for all the questions. Thanks.
