Can towing with the rear driveshaft connected cause case or transmission failure?

Much easier just to pull the rear shafts and front hubs (if stock). Then really no need to disconnect the shafts. Where ive had trucks sit for a recovery, Im not going under there.

    M-37 Gearing

He is right about the tire size, you will see some dodges with a NATO looking tread. These were from the french I think. Much bigger, possibly a 11.00 but definatly a 16" as they fit the stock rim. Again, be careful on your speeds. If you run at 55, that 230 likes to throw the #6 rod. I had...

    Where's the Land-Rover Section?

Own just one?? No need for further action, I just dont go in that section anymore ...............I just feel bad for the new MV collector that might end up buying one. Im sure he will enjoy the search feature that really does not work if you dont ask the right questions.

    Giving up on M135.........

This says EVERYTHING!! For me it was a airplane with me and my father. For my girl pictured here, hopefully it will be this M-37. On the 13th I turned 42 and the next day my wife delivered my twin girls. Sadly one of them was only with us for 18 minutes but her sister is doing just fine in NICU...

    Two M37s... good deal?

BTW, the spare relocation is part of the M-42 Command truck. It is done up as a US Army truck from the factory and sent to Korea, then "Aquired" by a EOD Team of the USAF (reason for red fenders) and modified to suit their needs on the Kimpo Air base.

    Two M37s... good deal?

WWW.G741.org if you think your going to do something new to the M-37 that has not already been done, you need to be really creative with some deep pockets. Start searching here on the threads.

    Two M37s... good deal?

Buahhhhhhhhhh! T245 powerplant with deuce axles and larger tires? Have you driven a M-37 with the 245. keep everything original but not stock? You might as well keep that 350 and do what you want and sell the original stuff to a local collector that does like em stock.

Compliment to the gang on the "Early Deuce"

I cant say that the SS board is the best as a whole. I could at one time but not anymore. I am a member of other forums for specific vehicles I own and they are much more helpful then the sections on SS. There are some good points about it but in the recent year, there have been some changes...
