The one in Hawaii looks like it could be worse. The people in these states need to get organized and involved like was done in Georgia (in near record time) a few years ago that started with the M939 series trucks or accept what they get. There is a lot of information on how to get things done...

And the part numbers in the parts TM's are GM parts numbers so they are easily crossed at most any auto parts store.

Most likely one sold as "off road only" and the title washed through a state that doesn't care about the hold harmless agreement . But as you found out Florida don't care if another state will register it they do how they want. More and more states are refusing to register them and revoking...

That's why they want business to business they don't want to deal with sales tax.
