One thing I've noticed is that depending on the weather, it often rains inside due to condensation. Another thought is either a plywood wall with a door or a plywood step over wall. With either, you can mount a windowshaker A/C and enjoy some relief in warmer weather.
Not too hard at all. There is a dog gear bolted to the shaft of the output gear of the case, don't forget tbat. Shift linkage is more difficult to remove in my opinion.
My response is more of question but one to ponder. Is the LDS turbo wastegated?. The simplest pressure guage can confirm if the boost pressure is adequate.

Even mega powerball winners can't afford helicopters. Even if they have the proceeds to get one, without a sustainable income, a helicopter can eat through a pretty substantial budget. We had a fleet where I worked and the costs to keep them in the air is astronomical.
