I tried Matt by email with no luck and I tried calling today and got a machine. Anyone got better commo with him. I am looking for a passengers side fender for the M35A2.
Thanks
Chuck
The way they are talking there should be. My son is going in his WWII 101st Airborne outfit. I am probably going in my desert storm uniform and will sit with my truck on display. Maybe I can have my daughter dress up as an Iraqi soldier and she can walk around surrendering to me every hour or...
The air is just a boost to the hydraulic brakes. You would still have brakes but you would need to stand hard on the pedal to make them work if you were going fast. I also would not worry about running the brakes on an empty M105.
I have been checking the Great Lakes MVPA website for a while now and the events listed are still last years events. Anyone know when they are going to update the website. I got my photo CD the other day and really want to plan on going to the spring trail ride but I need to find out what...
I have called Ray in the past and will call him if I do win the trucks. Right now I am just testing the waters on Uship. Maybe some hungry guy will give me a really good bid. It actually is only 200 miles and more then likely I will just pull it back with my deuce and a towbar but if anyone can...
I just got a $1500 to take one truck from Columbus OH to Dexter, MI. About 300 miles and they seem to want about $5 a mile. I am really hoping for better offers. The was a bid on Uship.
Yes that would be true. Maybe you New York guys need to get together and get the law changed to exclude historic vehicles. I also think that MP marked vehicles would be pulled over much more than one marked like a regular military vehicle but it does appear that they would be in violation non...
We just did a thread on tire sized and how to convert them to how tall the tire is. The problem with just look at how tall a tire lies in the fact that you do not know how wide the tire is. Older rims had the center riveted in while newer ones are welded in.
Rizzo and David Doyle beat me to the comments on the flashing beacons. One small point is that a lot of old cucv's are used by some departments. My old department in TN had a couple of cucv ambulances they used for Swat Vehicles. They did paint them white. I would not have made a stop on the...
I figured it was only a matter of time before someone got stopped for this. A way to get around this might be a magnetic mat to cover the markings while on the way to shows and parades and such. When at the show you can take the mat off for display.
Turns out mine takes a 1 inch cannister not a 7/8 inch. I hope napa exchanges them. I thought I read in another thread that they took 7/8 inch. Either I was wrong or the post was. When I find out a part number I will let post it.
