I like the 923a2 it has alot of power,I just sold it yesterday to a guy and he wanted me to bob it.So today I started the bob job.As much as I didnt want to do it.I started taking it apart today.It should make an awesome truck.
I got my u joint from Jeff Davis today,thanks.I tried just switching end caps.But the 2 u joints were different sizes were the end caps slide on.Everything else was the same.Thanks Gimp for trying to help out.
I broke the u joint between the transmission and the transfer case.The bolts came loose and the end cap broke.I cant find one anywhere.I went to the shop I always use for building my driveshafts and they deal in heavy truck u joints.They wanted $400 for the ujoint,they said it was on oddball...
Take a chance if the price is right.I have bought over 50 trucks just by the GL pics.I think I got screwed about 5 times so far.LOL,Some of those trucks dont look to bad.
