Fuel leak somewhere? How many days before it does this? If you drove it Friday and then again on Sunday, it's ok? I would think it could be many issues at this point.

Turn the idle up a bit and you will be fine with your current problem. The 151 always seems to have issues on how they run. I would not worry about setting the choke just yet, That usually fixes another problem
Stainless swedges would work as aircraft hydraulic pressures are equal but you have better odds of getting a replacement line then finding someone who has the Hyd tool to install it
Your brake lines will be in the same condition. Please do yourself a favor and replace those or make your own. The m37 needs all the help it can get for stopping.
