Then you need to look for the usual suspects... Bad shocks, out of round tires, really bad alignment, inner tire vs. outer tire imbalance, mud on inner tires.... That's off the top of my head.

Check the polarity at the guage. Mine did weird crap and it was an issue with polarity at the guage.

You need insulation setup if the vehicle is soft top with soft doors. I would upgrade the blower and might consider auxiliary heater core setup. They make 24Volt models. Consider a Webasto. You will need a block heater and battery blanket warmers. Synthetic oils sludge at -35 degrees F...
