    That's true, and all the staff in the few Fastenal shops I've been to all are more than willing to chat and build relationships. Their marketing is good in that sense.

    So they have a built-in integral drain hole? That's a great idea. It's always a PIA how floor hold-downs become gunk traps, and a drain would sure help. Of course I guess I should just drill a hole in each. Have you maybe got a pic of those?
