    Uses for Deuces

So glad you're biting your tongue. The root problem was NOT with the FORD !!! It was a BOLT in the tire. A BOLT that could have come out of ANY MAKE of vehicle. We did no forensic testing- it could have been English or Metric thread/size.

    Uses for Deuces

Tonight's Roadside Pit Stop.... As we gathered for this evening's Bible Study, the Group Leader suffered a flat tire on his pickup within a quarter mile of the church. Thankfully, being Memorial Day weekend I had parked the car and minivan and we've been using the Deuce with Old Glory waving...

    Put her to work today

YOU, Sir, have just raised the bar over which all of us who follow must now also clear. Single-handedly YOU have taken this green iron disease to a new level. High is simply NOT what it used to be. Stratospheric would be closer to correct for your achievement. Carry on..... And thank you for...

    PNW Info Thread!

Looks like discussion of this event begins with Post #81 in this thread: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?124151-PNW-6TH-Annual-Chehalis-River-Valley-M-V-Convoy-and-Campout/page9 Seems to be an ANNUAL, rather than a Year-specific, kind of thread. Hope that helps.

Texas Division - Drive Across Texas

AC options are great ideas, but a "topless" MV just won't cool off no matter what you do :D

Texas Division - Drive Across Texas

I'm in San Angelo, and could ride along with a Texas Convoy intercepting it in any of the more major cities in about 100 mile-radius of my LZ. (i.e.: Abiline (I-20)to the north; Brownwood (NE); Brady (East); Ozona or Sonora (I-10) South; or Midland (West) ) It all depends on the inbound and...

Test running multi outside of truck - suggestions?

Prior to applying POWER to the STARTER, insert these two steps into your test procedure sequence..... 1. Get on your knees. 2. Pray. Then, apply power while continuing in prayer. Carry on.

    AZ Registration? Is yours commercial?!!!

I'm curious...... Although I try not to dilute State-specific threads with comments or comparisions of other States' Laws and Regulations, I just have to ask: Does Arizona, like Texas, include any SPECIFIC PROHIBITIONS of COMMERICIAL USE of vehicles registered as "Antique", "Classic", or "FMV"...

    M35A2 Stalled, No Restart

Hi, my name is John and I've had algae in a deuce fuel tank. (and the group says: "Hi, John!") After searching and researching these forums about the problem, I replaced all three fuel filters, scrubbed and 'disinfected' the filter cans with carb cleaner, and added SEAFOAM (available at most...

    PNW Info Thread!

NEVER underestimate the power of the Green Iron Addiction. 80 miles is a drop in the proverbial bucket for a true addict to get his fix. As well, the charitable satisfaction from such a mission may not require you to actually ASK - - - Name the date, time and place and you may have a...

    Artisan's M916

Be careful there Ahab. Folks around here don't take to well to Peddle-Files. Jus' sayin'. On a more serious note: These forums are awesome. If there is a detail to be discussed - ANY detail - it can and will be discussed here with knowledge and enthusiasm. I never new I'd be in an in-depth...

    Valence's M66 Gun Ring

As i often ask Dianna (my bride and "Soldier B"), "Do you want to go for a ride in my CONVERTIBLE?" After all, it IS the ONLY convertible I have ever owned. I love feeling the wind over my balding head - LOL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUTFWqkFf98

I've been biting my tongue on this since Post #1..... Are these GRILLS the charcoal variety or do they burn propane??? Ok, there, I finally asked. Sorry for the temporary hijack. We now return this thread to its original topic. Carry on.

    Receiver Hitch

I once worked for a family owned foundry where the multi-generational ownership had a passion for sail boating... yes, even here in west Texas where deep water is hard to find they had over the years owned several fixed keel yachts up to about 40' in length. The then vice president of the...
