I recall somewhere reading about connecting some wires backwards causing some glowplug burnout issue, but today I'm old and pre-Alzheimers and I have forgotten to take my Aricept.

I read here in another thread that if you connect your glowpugs backwards then current might not stop.

I said it previously, and I was flamed by the OP, but I still feel this was unnecessarily risky and poorly thought out. I notice the OP implies he did not drive the whole way in the pictured configuration, and I wonder if that implies problems with the load shifting. I hope the OP addresses...

1 - use the older title. The closer a vehicle is to 30 years of age, the better. 2 - From what I recall from posts a year ago, at least one poster to this forum mentioned that when HMMWV's underwent rebuild, new data plates and titles were sometimes issued using the year of the rebuild.
