Here is a pic of the window in my M36A2 it's a 1967. But the hard top is an old air force one manufacture date of 9-52. At least I think its old air force it has blue paint inside under the OD.
Now I need to find the TM for the eng on the compressor. It should be TM 5-2805-203-14 &24P. Are these out ther in PDF from??? Also in the parts TM it ref. a DMWR 5-4930-218 ??? any one know what that is???
If I were you, I'd register it as a 2005 Military M998. The chassis was produced in 1985, but the vehicle was never titled until 2005, so it is technically a 2005."
Does this mean that my dueces that I title in 2007, are 2007's?????????????
I found that the newest TM 5-4930-218-24P has the same NSN as GL has this listed as. I have down loaded it and the -217 which sames to be for an older verson of this same unit. I can't wait to see which one it is and if it all works. :D
I don't know yet. I just won it. GL says the NSN is 4930-00-548-2766. I'm down loading 2 tm's right now but nither one has that nsn on them. They ar TM 5-4930-217-14 and -218-14.
Anyone whatch the "bone yard" shows on Discovery channel's. They had one that showed a great looking M35a2 being cut up by one of those big track hoes with the cutter thing. Even the front trun lights look new. It was some scrap dealer near annisten I think.
