Why not leather wrap over the paracord? It would give a thicker feel and padded feel and would be cheap. H1 wheels are not inexpensive, (at least the ones I have found unless you have a source.) Best, T

What year? What tranny? three speed or 4. If four speed, it's because it might be in cripple mode/limp mode. If three speed, try looking at fluid level and changing the filter before you break out big guns.

Running a Diesel without a thermostat especially in cooler climates is not a great idea. Diesel engines need a little heat to function and the thermostat lets heat build up prior to allowing cooling.
