If you can find an older one with a standard transmission grab it (2008 or back).....Dodge cannot build an automatic....ours has been through 2 torque converters since we had it.

If you can draw them from the gooberment you don't have to worry about it but if it's coming out of the departments hide you may want to look at the M915A1. They ride like an oxcart but they are still selling cheap. No AC...

I have an orphan one sitting out in the Motor Pool that belongs to a former member that doesn't love it anymore. They have a heavy duty spring pack and are heavy.
Not much use for them as constructed but with some imagination a lot is possible.
I bought all of them that one of the Vendors at the 2010 Ga Rally had....got them stashed out in the garage for future projects.

We are working on a plan to have an exhibition of military vehicles at the GA National Guard armory in Washington this year.
We'll convoy up there, set up the vehicles, eat lunch and let the local folks ogle the equipment.

The M916 or M920 (prob have to remove the tag axle) would be a better bet......they have all wheel drive, a heavier frame......you might still have to stretch the frame.
If you don't need off road capability you could pull a tanker trailer behind the M915......that is what a lot of them...
