I'm glad she made it to a good home......I used that wrecker to swap engines in my M816......it's a thirsty beast....we ran it out of fuel a couple of times just idling it to use the crane.
At that time it was owned by Darrell Braun......an ex-member that turned out to be a stinker.
Any...
I have plenty of each.......they will be priced to sell....they are weathered and have stuff stinciled on them.
When I bought the lot I loaded them on my little trailer......I have room in the Dakota for the wooden boxes so I'm bringing the whole nine yards with me...
What about putting air ride seats in it and mounting the unit between the seats? Use ducting to get the heat/air/defrost air where you need it. You may have to have some longer hoses made but that is light work.
That was my plan before I pimped my M915 off.
I still have the unit so I may do...
If you are talking a Class 8 engine transmission (big rig) it would not fit and even if you made it fit the front springs would not support it.

I also have two new Korean War era stretchers that I can bring if anyone is interested, some...

Bama Lady will be bringing her usual selection of tastey cookie delights.
It may be necessary to post a guard on said cookies to keep Papa....................errrrr the unidentified cookie monster from eating himself into a diabetic coma.:hammer::hammer:
I deny everything and demand proof (that's an inside joke).
All jokes aside that's a nice looking truck........I'd love to have a gasser but I have far too many projects as it is.
It would be pretty cozy......especially if you were a large fellow.
I liked my 280 shelter when I had it on the back of a deuce........plenty of room and easily heated or cooled.
If you don't want to tie up the back of your deuce you can make a trailer out of an old deuce frame and bed or...
The trailers were built to military specs for military use......they had 24 volt electrical systems and the pintle hitch.
I'm not sure exactly what parts you think might cross over........leaf springs and shocks come to mind but even those may have been made to specs that won't cross over to...
