Got my 4L80e swap done! Drove the truck yesterday, ran great. Today I went to drive it and the TCM (Quick 4 aftermarket) wouldn't turn on. Turns out my 24v 30amp relay isn't working. My only guess is that 30amps must not have been enough? Does anyone know what amperage is correct for the relay...

The ground wire comes off the wiper motor housing and attaches with a ring terminal to your window frame. I can't remember if my sprayer worked or not at the time. Not sure if my solution will solve your problem, but you could always give it a try...

Which is better, pulling the signal from the tach drive or pulling signal from the alternator? Also, in hmmwv1's first pic, it looks like there are two red wires. I see where the first one goes but where does the second red wire go?

My fan sometimes randomly cycles on and off before the engine reaches full temp (mine is 220 deg dead nuts). It has done this it at 120 deg, 160 deg, etc... It always works like it should when it hits 220 deg. Runs until it cools down, then shuts off. I've ordered a new temp sensor that goes...
