I have several LMTV transmissions with converters in stock. under 1500 miles on them. I agree, Fluid capacity is extremely important and the throttle position switch will cause the transmission not to operate properly. The throttle MUST be in the LOW position.

I replaced the fuel pump and put 5 gal of fuel back in.... It will now crank with the dead crank switch but not with the front main switch. A light is on that shows low fuel. Will that keep it from cranking on main switch?

Use the Diablo blade and then use a torch to blow out the ends. Run the blades are a slow speed to keep them cool. You could use some cutting oil.
