Exactly. That data plate shows "axle" rating, not necessarily vehicle load rating nor spring capacity. The tires are the limiting factor in the rear, unless it is a dually, yet the plate still says 7500, rather than the 6084 total of the tires. Regardless of actual spring capacity, I believe...

I know the M246/M819 base plate has a different NSN than the standard wrecker boom jack base plate. I'm not sure what, if any differences there are between them?

That is the front axle's weight rating. The D60F is rated at 4500# in these trucks, so it can handle way more weight than the springs.
