    Looking good!!! Built and installed my own harness for both the M37 and the M101A1 Trailer .. used the original "hypalon" wire on my harnesses and the "parker" (SP) wire ends .. when I finished and had it all hooked up, I shut the shop lights off and ran all the vehicle lights thru different...

    They are easy to make .. almost every auto store caries gasket materials .. cork etc ... did you get your element from John? That same element is also used in the fuel tank pickup .. I was lucky as both of my filters had their elements

    Looking good!! That rubber hose looks a little close to the manifold, but I believe that you mentioned you were going to replace that with steel line? I can tell you from experience, that manifold tosses out some heat if you drive her any distance 2cents. Where did you find your battery hold...

Installed my firetube insulation on my fuel line from pump to carb and from my AC filter On the firewall (I have all the original filters on my truck) to the fuel pump ..     Got my goodies from summit racing today (Fire Tube, shield ) .. drove the truck the last two days in 91+ degree heat without any issues .. and I did the clothespin thing .. may hold off on the summit install and just see how things go ... she is running great again and I can tell he difference...

    Ordered heat/fire tube and reflective heat barrier goodies today from summit racing .. will try that out to see what happens .. in the mean time going to try an old school remedy and use a few clothes pins on my fuel lines ... supposed to draw heat off the lines .. will provide updates as...
