    M1102 marker light mysteries

I see the picture now. Those are a different style i think made by Aurora. Still not field replaceable just the led. Might have to look around the surplus vendors to find a match. BTW, almost all marker lights for the military for maybe the last 40's years or so use the same pattern. Old ones...

    M1102 marker light mysteries

The whole assembly is replaced. Individual leds are not field replaceable. Not uncommon to see multiple leds go out in one fixture as they go bad. Grote and truck lite make those marker lights and the same as the HMMWV's with the round led lights. To be safe clean and check the ground at the...

    Windshield/Dash Fan for the HMMWV

Federal is out of the box with pricing as they just resell other's products........ Fans like this are standard in Construction equipment and trucking that is 24V. Go to a real NAPA or truck pro or real hd store and they can fix you up with 24v dash fans in black or chrome. Should also be all...

M1123 power steering aerated-Need troubleshooting advice

There is a bypass tube for the winch for emergencies. I used to have a bunch but sold out. See if you can find one to check your system with out winch but I really doubt that is the issue. On epay occasionally. I am leaning to the power stg pump as your culprit. PS analyzer is just a pressure...

What fluid are you using? Correct fluid is dexron 3 atf which is pink. Bad hydroboost = hard brake pedal with no power assist.

What do i need to know to install a winch?

All the mentioned parts plus yellow controller (usually on ebay) or black ( warn for electric) if you reverse the wiring, 2 longer lower control arm bolts, wiring harness. Mile marker did sell me the parts I was missing directly. I can't recall size off hand but look on my thread for a...

M1152 leaking power steering fluid - steering gear or hydroboost?

I believe this has the Sheppard gear not the common Saginaw gear and parts are challenging.

M1152 leaking power steering fluid - steering gear or hydroboost?

When you hear the whine, can you turn the wheels easily? If not, I suspect 2 problems. A. Power stg pump going bad causing the whine if fluid level is ok and belt not slipping/ok. B. Steering gear is leaking. Pitman arm seal are common to give out / leak especially on a vehichle that has sat up...

    Capacitor question on alternator

Standard Ignition makes a few different models that Rock or O'reilly can get for you. See this link and then you can click on each part number to get specifics. They were real common maybe 60-90's but not used in modern cars...
