use the open box bent wrench made for the task, works real well, a 3/4 open box bent wrench works great to remove the plug wires from the distributor, if you own a 6602, these two wenches ARE mandatory

Declutch the drum, drum lock out, then you should be able to pull the cable out.

The oil pressure gauge is NOT a mechanical but a electric one with a sender, this sender also sends a circuit to the pcb start relay which it opens, preventing starting when the engine is running.

The winch cable needs a roller to go over when it pulls the 870 up over the rear, the sharp edge of the stock rear WILL cut the cable and the king pin will get hung up as well.

Also the 870 needs a center line winch and a rolling tail board, the HETs two off side winches will not work with a 870 nor will the standard tractor rear frame.

Check your axle vents, if they are stuck or plugged the rears WILL leak (axle seals and in/out put seals).
