Make sure the hydraulics are working properly. Very unusual that happened to both sides. I would look at the master cyl and shock to make sure the brakes are not staying engaged / slightly dragging.
finding a reasonable 200a kit with brackets and wiring is doable.

Typically on a yellow narton box, The flashing could be the thermal temp switch on the water crossover pipe. It has to be matched to the box if you are going to replace it.

I was able to obtain years ago reasonably priced from a fellow member here sy-klone air filter precleaner and feel it helps get more air down the pipe. I have no scientific proof just a swag.
I also like how it looks on my fording stack.....

Bolster m796 or flatbed m1061 16.5 tires and rims could lower you but scarse and expensive.
Others have ditched the axle with a civy unit.
Square bulldog jack with appropriate rating would work but would mount to the frame not the original and mount needs to be fabricated.
