Serpentine belt tensioner out of adjustment?

Cogs make no difference . Dayco and goodyear use them but gates does not. If the belt has a number starting with K any parts store can supply. Serpentine belts have a universal numbering system. Number of grooves and overall length.

    Progress from North Eastern Maine

The black one is for electric warn winch. They have the same cannon dash plug. You need yellow or rewire the black one for milemarker hydraulic winch. There are threads here on how to do it.

    Dualled M105A2 Project. Axle Narrowing?

Maybe not the answer you seek or the right one but 3 inches is not a huge deal and can hardly be noticed. Especially if you mod the fenders & add conspicuity tape plus add mud flaps, no one will bother you. I have run dually m105 and m107 trailers with stock fenders and not had any leo issues...

160 AMP 24 Volt - HMMWV - Alternator Upgrade Kit

That looks like a crazy stupid price for a delco or clone unit even with whatever that bracket is that it requires. You can do much better for 5 bills in my opinion for the stock 60amp unit but we need the whole picture as noted belt(s) and brackets different plus 24v/12v. Who is the vendor...

    non-stretch recovery rope?

I did not know those where parachute straps. I have many in different lengths and not one problem pulling vehicles, stumps, or fence posts. For the price very reasonable as there was flood on ebay several years ago of them. And for ole people like me, much lighter than chains.......

    Root cause of engine swap?!

No, Outing a vendor for cause is not an issue that I am aware of. Thanks for the feedback. It will help others in their quest for parts. Personally I use Kascar and mac motors. I compare prices. Tax is sometimes an issue for me as Mac has a La office and I have to pay our wonderful banana...

    Transfer case oil

Dexron III in the Us is widely available. It is what I would recommend to use. Transfer case failures are not a widespread military problem and I would use what is OE and has millions of miles of use. If in Canada it is not available then the later Dexron should work. The difference is in the...
