i bought a set from a vendor on the fleabay. I bought them on Friday and had them Monday. I'm not going to cut the plug off of the Truck-lite, I bought an H4 female plug at local auto parts retailer for $3 and will use connectors off some old MV lights I'm not using to solder to the female plug...

You see so many trucks for sale on other sights advertised as "emp proof", but yet are electronically controlled engine or transmission. Am I missing something? Lol.
I have two M931A2 with soft tops that I would be interested in a couple nice hardtops for. I could bring my gooseneck to get them and maybe some other goodies that I could find. You're about 15 hours away so I'd have to see what would fit your schedule and mine.

Definitely check the axle ends. 11-13 ounces of 70/90 gear oil if I remember correctly. The TM will tell you. I've not ran across any yet that we're full. Same fluid in the diff's too but but much more of it. The cab hydraulics is a mil-5606 aircraft/missile fluid not to be mixed with anything...
The part part of returning was the internal mechanism to return the throttle lever back to "0". I'm not sure if the line would return it. I made an extension for one of ours in order to use gloves in the winter without you thumb getting cold from pressing the insulation to throttle up. I useda...
A trailer will be the fruitful first taste of this addiction. Mine was an M1078, then m105, 3 M1102, M1082, an MK48 LVS, an M1070 HET and finally 2 M931A2's. My driveway looks cool but the parts addiction started and soon dunning out of space. Lol. Transmissions, transfer cases, axles, wheels...
I pulled them back off and made the lock hole a little larger to make it easier to get lock in and out of. Then covered them with spray on bed liner as well. I'm goons make a set for my MK48 as well.
