I've printed off TM 9-2320-209-34-2-1. I'm looking specifically for the procedures for rear axle seal replacement. I've found bearing removal and replacement and inspection, axle removal,etc.
I haven't seen a USAF TO in thirty years.

I tried twisting/pulling all the connections and one twists. Hopefully that's my problem child. I solder everything on my old caca. Italian Harleys, Airhead Beamers,etc.
I found two breakers on the firewall directly in front of the driver. I see where there is a splitter that feeds both breakers. I've never dealt with these connectors and don't want to damage something that isn't already broke. I have pulled up pics of the breakers and connectors but they are a...
If she happens to have the 427, I'd snatched it up at scrap price and sit on it. Those axles will fetch around $1500 pulled. I'd even offer scrap price for what's left. Lots of small parts there. Even if it's not a 427, if it's an early 465 turbo it will have a whistler which some people desire...
Just to close this out, I replaced the air governor and my nail gun sound went away. I removed a vented plug from one of my axles to use on the governor.
I then put npt/ barb fittings in my axles. I then very loosely ran tygon tubing teed together into the cab.
