    Shifter boots fabrication

Thank you, Kenny. You guys can't know how much I appreciate a good word sometimes. The world is getting harder to handle every day. You know how I work for the Amish guys up here at home, even they are feeling the economic crunch. We ran out of work this week and the winter isn't even here yet...

    M51A2 Front Wheel Wobble?

It will be a drag link or steering box problem if both front wheels wobble while driving. One wheel, indicates a tie rod end. All parts are available, $1000 is very reasonable for a M51A2. JT out

The first step is to admit you have a problem...

I Know the M109A2 was a 427 Hypercycle Multifuel, The M109A3 is the Ld or Ldt 465-1C or LDT 465 1-D. The M109A1 was the gas REO OA331 or Continental OAC-331, I just can't remember what the difference was between the M109 and M109A1 was. David Doyle, where are you? JT out

    Compressor wrenches are here!

The color was like Cadmium plate gold from the factory, not green. The handle length is correct on RCDixieMiller's wrench. If the pulley is stuck, you will break it if you don't use CLP or the like to bust the rust. We snapped one right in half a while ago by using a pipe on the factory wrench...

5ton xfer case and air lines

Falling out of high range is because the shift fork and shift collar are worn and don't engage the gears all the way any more. Memphis has the parts available and will tell you to replace the gear too as it has been wearing out for a while due to incomplete engagement. It is pretty costly to fix...

    Home made oil filter gaskets?

Homemade oil filter gaskets I think you will find that the Napa #5119 fiber gsket is exactly correct for the oil filter on the multifuel engine. It is a good number for sure as I buy them all the while. They are what the military supplied with their filter elements. I hope this helps you avoid...

    New "in the can" motor

New in the can motor Now is a good time to consider changing to a 5.9 Cummins or a DT466 International engine. They will bolt to your Transmission and turn more RPMs than your multifuel so you get power and speed , can't loose. JT out
