You can tap all that back into place & it will buff out fine! But it will require a another engine to be drivable again. How did you get home safely?

All of mine were there, but they lost the turrent cover some where along the line! Hermine didn't get into the cab, due to a heavy tarp & elastic tiedowns.

For the M-1078 or the M-1081?

Now you have a real problem in locating one. Is the truck a M-1078 or a different truck in the series? My issue was that my drivers window can prebusted down inside the door & the crank handle mechanism was removed!

I believe that the switches are sealed, so you would have to work on opening them up to spray anything into the contacts. Operating the switch contacts will do the most good other than replacing the switch assembly!

Have you operated the three switch lever that controls the headlights a few times off & on? The contacts can get a coating of non conductive stuff on them that might cause your problem. I keep a spare switch on the truck just for the lights out problem. There are no fuses or circuit breakers in...

I have a better way to deal with tire problems right now. Floridianson gave & delivered two LMTV Goodyear tires & rims to fit my M1081 when a tire problem arises. You can't beat that deal, thanks James!
