    The fuel pump has drain holes in the bottom, the manual makes mention of this and stated if fuel is leaking from them the seals have perished. Just like a weep hole in the bottom of a water pump dripping indicating a seal has gone bad.

    Yes, Utah. Having a mortar kit sure would be a sweet display for a rally. I have ever only seen pictures of them in the manual, never in the field, wonder if they ever actually fielded them?

    Check the adjustment on the cold start solenoid, back the screw out so it just touches then try it and screw in as needed.
