well the injectors are good and if he is getting fuel to the IP then its time to pull the pump. he said he was getting small squirts of fuel but no smoke. assuming the shut down solenoid is lifting and the throttle arm on the pump is coming up then thats the only thing left.
i assume your not talking about the red one but the silver one? i really think the silver one is just a noise suppressor of some sort. i have tried these generators with and without and have seen no difference BUT i do change them out anyway since the non mil ones are only a few bucks from newark
If i understand what is written in that main breaker thread which i read prob 8mos ago, the breaker is just a contactor.The breaker trips by sensing current and different adjustments in the distribution box.

i posted this in my other thread but......i thought mine was running well too but once i actually had the injectors done and tuned mine will start my spray booth which is a 3hp motor. at the same time have 16 or so high output 4 tube fluorescent fixtures on and with all that running it will fire...

The diodes are cheap. Few bucks a piece. There are six total 3 one direction and 3 reverse as mentioned before. All the normal places like newark and digikey never have them in stock. I order them from allied electronics. They always seem to have them.
if you have tanks that are really bad jerry i would just give a quick call or email to saturn. a couple months ago they had some. i saw them listed on ebay. a few went at that time from $59-$79.
