Those are some great pictures. I have never had the opportunity to go to hole in a rock by way of land, only by boat. We usually take our houseboat up that way and camp in the vicinity every summer.
I watched it but was not a fan of it at all. The things they were doing just seemed idiotic. They got that M101a3 trailer to put as a bed on that 2007 Chevy. The only cool thing about the show was that they purchased the trailer from Boyce equipment there in Utah, I was surprised they didn't...
Dang, that is a shame that it happened and that the truck was so nice too. I have had my brakes go out on a deuce before even with servicing and inspections. You just can never predict when they will fail.
Boyce is a great company to deal with and they ship stuff super fast! It has never taken any more than two days for any part ordered to make it to New Mexico.
I don't think it would come out too bad to roll it. It would be money well spent (under $100) for a Wagner airless paint gun. Used it to paint one of the deuces and it came out really nice and doesn't take long at all. Had the whole truck painted in a little over an hour.
Do you run on the hwy with that psi or stay off road?
I only run those pressures off road. There is a lot of sand where we live and the truck doesn't do much when aired up. It is way too hard to turn on the pavement at those pressures.
