    First deuce... East Orlando, FL

I remember seeing that truck on Craigslist.

The Long Trip Home, AZ to WA

Those are some great pictures. I have never had the opportunity to go to hole in a rock by way of land, only by boat. We usually take our houseboat up that way and camp in the vicinity every summer.

Also, if you haven't gone go to lake Powell.

The only location you left out is Bryce national park.

Who saw the new TV show Diesel brothers?

I watched it but was not a fan of it at all. The things they were doing just seemed idiotic. They got that M101a3 trailer to put as a bed on that 2007 Chevy. The only cool thing about the show was that they purchased the trailer from Boyce equipment there in Utah, I was surprised they didn't...

m1078 conversion to brush fire truck

One of my friends put 500 gallon tanks on both of his. He has them set up as brush fire trucks for his wildfire suppression company.

It's in the dirt lot just south of marina del sur. Go through the main entrance and stay right.

Lol, yeah it is only until I am out of school in 2018. Then hopefully I will get to move back west. Hopefully you all have a darn good time!

Deuce Crash - Subway drive thru.

Dang, that is a shame that it happened and that the truck was so nice too. I have had my brakes go out on a deuce before even with servicing and inspections. You just can never predict when they will fail.

New Mexico members check in here!

I'm glad you are enjoying it! We spent a ton of time fixing it up, and enjoying it in the years that we had it!

    West Coast Parts Dealers

Boyce is a great company to deal with and they ship stuff super fast! It has never taken any more than two days for any part ordered to make it to New Mexico.

    How bad would it be?

I don't think it would come out too bad to roll it. It would be money well spent (under $100) for a Wagner airless paint gun. Used it to paint one of the deuces and it came out really nice and doesn't take long at all. Had the whole truck painted in a little over an hour.

Searching for a Rockwell Standard Rear End

That's what I was trying to get across to him.

Searching for a Rockwell Standard Rear End

You should just give the different companies a call and I bet they will be able to source something.

Searching for a Rockwell Standard Rear End

Have you tried calling the military truck parts stores, such as Boyce Equipment, Memphis Equipment, TNJ Murray, etc.?

Would you toss these 395 ' s and get new ones?

Do you run on the hwy with that psi or stay off road? I only run those pressures off road. There is a lot of sand where we live and the truck doesn't do much when aired up. It is way too hard to turn on the pavement at those pressures.

5 ton dump truck transmission locks up when shifted into reverse

It didn't and the truck is still running great. Like I said though, I wouldn't recommend trying it.
