    NHC 250 No start-fuel problem

You might take the sensor out that is in the front left side of the pump and make sure there is fuel in the pump. If not use some clean fuel and pour in there till full. When i would change a fuel pump on one like these I would fill it with clean fuel for easier starting. On most of the...

    Oil leaking at exhaust manifold?

It sounds like what they call wet stacking it is cause by not fully burning the fuel from the injectors. The knock could also be the tip washed out of the injector where it is wet stacking if running the over head does not take care of the knock. If no problems with the parts and your engine...

    IronPlanet is a joke!

I have an M931 insured through State Farm Here in Kansas they ran it as commercial INS no problem. There was a little trouble with the VIN but if I remember they ran it as a serial number instead of a VIN . It may take a bit of time dealing with your local Gov but it can be done.

    923 starting issue

Hello. You might try screwing in the manual fuel screw on top of the fuel pump in the front of the fuel solenoid but if it does start you will have to screw it back out to shut it off. As for the cranking a few then lose everything sounds like a bad connection or a breaker getting hot and breaking.

    Exhaust stack gasket replacement?

I have removed some exhaust pieces. All the gaskets were bad and you will most likely want to clean off all the old gasket and install some new ones so that your clamp for the connection gets tight again and seals up well. I just had some gaskets made at a local gasket shop but I figure someone...

NHC 250 Turbo Conversion in M923

Ok I have an update to my previous post. I pulled off my intake and checked the little ports for crank case gas re-burn. The holes in my heads were plugged. This would be a good thing to look for at least; for sure if you are having problems like quite a bit of blow by or low boost psi.

NHC 250 Turbo Conversion in M923

I am adding a turbo to my M931. I have read through some of the threads here and I have not seen or missed it in the threads. My question is are the people doing these projects plugging the holes that go into the intake port in the heads when making a non turbo into a turbo engine? These ports...
