Pictures are a little tricky because most of the assembly is bolted on the truck at the moment.
Going from the rear forwards, the pieces are:
1) Pintle
2) Beveled plate for pintle to sit in
3) Plate with bent ears for safety chains
4) 1/2” plate from aftermarket receiver hitch

I need pretty close to 1/2” of clearance. There is only one washer on the shaft.
Did you install your set-up? If so, how did you make it work?
The shaft already has two holes for the cotter pin. They are drilled at a 90 degree angle to each other.
I am using grade 8 bolts
The castellated nut is 1” tall. I thought about cutting 1/2” off, but I wasn’t comfortable with that option. Seems like it wouldn’t leave much of the nut.

I just put a new master cylinder in my Deuce last weekend.
There is no need to bleed the master cylinder. The bleeding procedure starts at the air pack.
Throw away the rubber cap and use a vented cap.
