Hi everyone.

I was Stonepicker1 on here a few years ago. Signed back on as Stonepicker. (email changed, so i couldn't log back in. ex wife deleted my email and phone account when i was overseas)
A lot has happened in...
Nice score on the CUCV-II. I thought about it for a few days. But just needs to much work for me right now.
I wish you all the luck on restoring it. It will be a lot of work.
I'll pm you.
I'm heading out Monday, going down to the Key's for two weeks on Military duty helping clean thing up down there.
My son sometimes go to the Deland gun show also.
While playing with the hyd system to get the forks to lower....Hyd hose failed.
I will be removing all the hoses and have the HYD shop make up some new ones.
I have had three of those plastic spouts crack on me over the years. Last one was just last week. I thought I must of screwed the first one on wrong, causing it to crack. I was careful on the next ones, but they cracked also.
I'm using the metal spout now.
It could of been a bad injector that put to much fuel in the cylinder and also could of melted the glow plug(anything in the top of the piston?). This could of been changed out buy the previous owner and just ran the engine with a dead cylinder.
Just an update:
Looks like I have the 4K RT Forklift(seebee's)
Issue:
The Main lift cylinder(stage one) will not lower. Forks are stuck at around 51".
Just ordered the two shift cables for $225 shipped.
