Has anyone had issues with these filter screens? Any tips on cleaning them?

How do I go about finding the specs on this part, which is a 3 way brake line connector that sits on top middle of rear axle. Feeds the drum on either side of the rear axle of M54A2.

My XM211 is in another town so I can't just walk outside and look. Are all the brakes the same? Do they all have 2 wheel cylinders and thus 2 bleed valves? Which would mean that there would be a total of 12 bleed valves plus one for the air pack for a total of 13 bleed screws for the truck...

I get the 26 volts at the input to the relay contacts. When the GP controller activates the relay I only get about .05 volts at the output. I also measured one of the GP leads removed from the GP and had similar results when the relay was activated. Does it make sense that this is a bad relay...
