Well my friend Keith came down with his truck and trailer to pick up the track to take it back to his shop in Zoilfo Springs so we could fab the mounts for the new power pack so with the help of mu brothers M1008 and my M1009 we loaded it plus 2 5 ton axles i had , here are some pictures will...
cross over pipe
Well had some time today and when ahead and mounted the crossover pipe for the exhaust and painted it , i may run it again even do i have 2hours running time on the ground stand will see,,,,,

thank you Just bolted the manual TB400 to the engine next is the crossover exhaust pipe and a few loose ends and iam ready to move the track to my friends shop to FAB the mounts and what ever floors modes :driver:
Turbo
Got the turbo on the engine and ran it for about a hour on the stand , will be bolting the transmission on it next week and the exhaust cross over pipe, here is a better video

Got the engine started today on a stand i build to do that sounds good will finish mounting turbo and some other stuff this week, will try to load a video of it running also some pictures

Well getting closer to finishing engine got all together , instead of mounting air compressor to use the air chamber will be switching to hydraulic brakes and all i need is to paint the manifolds so can finish bolting the turbo and fire the engine up

Yes i work on it from time to time, got the injection pump and new injectors , probably will have the intake on it tomorrow maybe water pump trying to figure out was if to keep serpentin belt or V belt to put the air compressor on the engine for the air brakes

Well fix the u Joint cup and connected the transmission to the drive Axle will do some cleaning and repainting next week for now will start to work on the engine so i can start it out side before i set in the engine bay..
U joint
Has anybody ever welded a Ujoint Cup , look around have not found one so it had some cracks on the flat part of the cup i tig welder it , when it cools down will smooth it out , that"s all i need to connect transmission to drive axle...

I had some more time so when ahead and place it and its all bolt down just need to hook up Ujoint to drive axle but have to fix a cup first maybe before years end....:beer:

So i lifted the HalfTrack of the ground so i could rotate the track to finish the Ujoint install got all the cotter pins in place and all Ujoint clamp nut plates folded and when ahead and place the Main...
Both of my 6.2 are running electric pumps with out the mechanical one im using a 96 6.5 stock GM pump the other a of the shelf pump universal type they being running for a few years hope this helps

Well had some free time today so put the drive axle in place still got to hook up U-joints to the sprockets will try to do it saturday is a tuff job
