I just had kinda the same problem with front battery not charging -I replaced all the battery cables, still no charge - took alternator to be tested -Auto zone said no problem with charging. replace all the wires I could easily replace, still no charge

has anybody had any experience with liquid electrical tape? looks cool to use. any problems or other.
to Warthog, I checked the TMs a couple of times and there was nothing in there about tape
what is the recommended way or best way to start after you run out of fuel? I looked thru the TMs and there is nothing in there about it (and no I didn't run out of fuel, just wondering)
on the firewall directly behind the driver side alternator where the battery cable runs along the firewall. there is a cluster of wires. they are blue go into a black connector and then are red. the black connector, do those come apart there?
I used a C clamp on mine and it went right in, only problem I had (bonehead) was I had it in upside down. how a round object can be upside down is one of the mysterys of life
84 M1009 - would not start so I replace all the battery cables(started right up) - now the Generator 1 light is on - batterys are fully charged and it seems the alternator is charging - any Ideas? - thanks

I bought a 750 cca battery at a salvage yard - thought I would have a spare available - in the wiki it says to use 800CCA batterys. - so will this be useless in a CUCV?
I saw one at Advanced Auto parts but it was 4 gauge - I had the counter guy look it up on his computer and he said 4 gauge was what the computer was saying was the right part for it.
