when
When does it need pick up. I might have my M715 working good enough to make a trip down that way. How long would you need it held? I am going out of town for work for a couple of weeks.
same problems
I put some lift and it still hits the steering arm. Bought a PS box and am going to do a crossover to give better geometry and clear the tire on the drivers side. Even with the lift, still needed to strip the front of the fenders.
Went for a little camping, little trail riding, and a little truck repairing. Made it through the day and the drivers front tire spung a slow leak. No problem there and I figure I was done for the day. I was on my way to the tent when I came back by the big mud hole. Lots of people playing...
did some painting
Used a cheap paintgun, good primer, real carc, lots of sanding....looks pretty good. Little touch-up here and there and need some stars for doors and hood.
I have 36 inch tires on my 1009. Fit with no lift but could not turn AT ALL. Even 4" in the front, there is major hitting off road. One wheel got stuck so bad at an outing that I had to get picked by a boom truck from the front end to get it unstuck.. I am glad there were no pictures of that...
It did say some town on the door but can't remember what. It's green now. Kids love the light bar. Wife hates it. Might be trading this one for an M16A4. Have another that is in great shape but is bright yellow. Kids are calling it the baywatch truck. Almost no rust at all. This one got a real...
New fuel pump yesterday and had to bypass the neutral safety. Fired up and ran sweet! Rediator sprung a big leak from right in the middle but this one runs great!!
it's alive
Got it running. Replaced fuel filter, lines, and a few other vacuum lines. Fired right up. Temp went to 185 and stayed there. Looks like one brake is frozen (right front). Put it in 4high and got it to move a little. Need to remove all the wheels and check the brakes.
Pretty...
Got it today and it's in GREAT shape. Haven't got it started yet but I think it will run tomorrow. Not getting fuel to the carb and not turning over with the key but will when I jumper the starter relay. Going to do the ammeter bypass to see if that helps.
Might even keep this one yellow...
