Sorry I have been away so long! The coffee biz is Good. I still have to work full time, but my wife and I grind out a roasting business all night. The truck is still not done. The cable is awesome! But the Genset is giving me a nervous breakdown. Will not stay running.

Purchased an 804B through GOV Planet.... Unit had 18 Hours on the meter.
Changed Oil, Fresh Fuel and Fuel Treatment.
Unit ran strong for about 30 hours, then one day it shut down by itself. Low Voltage light lit on panel. Then one day it ran for about 4 hours and shut itself down. Genset...

I the M107981x was no good. The power steering pump shaft was smaller than the hub on the compressor, it wasn't turning. I was able to find a complete Original Take off unit in chicago that included the power steering pump and most fittings. for a whopping $500...
Ok... Got the compressor mounted... Getting 100 lbs of pressure. Which way do I turn the governor to increase..
Oh yeah
No power steering... The pump splines slid right into the mount perfect... Do I have to prime that pump somehow?
I did rebuild the unloader and changed the governor... Still got nothing. That's when I dug deeper and found the piston hade a hole in it.
I was really looking to see if anyone may have made a bracket for this style already...

Ok guys... I've removed the Original Compressor after losing all my air at a stop light.
I was able to get home by tapping a pancake compressor into the air dryer line.
Found the exhaust valve plate broke and put a hole in one of the pistons...
I sourced a remanufactured BENDIX M107981X and...
Got the Genny home!! After a whole nother story about losing our air pressure!!
Genny has 18 hours on the Meter... Changed the Battery's and it runs, makes electricity and is a quite beast!! Will keep you updated when cable arrives!!
