Yep, CB1. Silly question, but you did put the dead crank switch back into NORMAL position and not OFF, right?

Well, what you really need to do is get the schematic out. Then jamawieb's advice will start you on the road.

Have you downloaded the TM's.
Have you spent a little time going through the Operators TM?
Can you read a schematic?

We need to know this so maybe we can get you started troubleshooting.

Did you check to be sure the red Emergency Off button is pulled out?
Yes I did

For starters I'd suggest using your meter and see if there is 24 volts DC present on each of the terminals of the Emergency off switch.
If present then check each of the terminals on CB1.
If present then check S1 terminals 2,4,6 & 8.
If present then put S1 in the Prime/Run position and again check for 24 volts DC at S1 terminals 2,4,6,8.

Let us know what you get for readings.

Got 24vdc on the red
I’m getting nothing on Cb1 when pushed in and out. I switched that out today as wellimage.jpg

Where do those red and blue wires go to after they leave the top of the picture? Those are not in a normal 803.
thank you for pointing that out😂 it’s all good now, the gen is inside a CK and I guess there’s a emergency stop switch inside the Ck that those wires run to

Does that 803 also have non-standard auxiliary wiring going to the gages and is your data plug sitting inside the control box wrapped in bubble wrap, with a remote monitoring plug in place of the data port?
If so, I don't think you can operate the machine without the "Jumper" cap screwed into the remote monitoring plug.
otherwise, just remove the whole setup and put it back to original, it only takes like 15 minutes to remove everything.

The Mod Ray is talking about was supposed to be for something, at the time I saw it, for a confidential system. A Fire Finder system. When its hooked up to the Container Kitchen, I think it had a different hook up system. I would like to see pictures of the compleat control panel, inside. Please.
