A response from Jenifer the track contact to an email I sent planting the seed for next year asking if we are invited again we get this going ASAP so we can make hotel and campground reservations.
Good morning Butch,
First, I would like to provide a delayed THANK YOU! This is our first week back on normal office hours so I apologize for the delay but wanted to truly and sincerely thank you for all of the efforts your group put in. Everyone was extremely accommodating and understanding about the crazy logistics demands that we have to jump into action for during our biggest race of the year and it made working with your group a blast!!
Unfortunately, we do not ever get the approvals on our full pre-race run of show until we get closer to the event itself. I certainly do not want to say to book them and then us find out in January that the event was moved from the pre-race show. I would think that we should be able to accommodate for at least 10 vehicles for the pit party show at the very least but again, I do not want to confirm anything until I know for sure. I will certainly keep the advance planning in mind though and will let you know as soon as I can!
