If all else fails and you can't drain the block, simply refill the radiator with (distilled) water, run the truck until the thermostat opens, or remove the thermostat (quicker), so that all coolant will mix, then drain radiator and refill with fresh water again. Run the engine to circulate and mix, then drain again.
Do this five times and you have effectively replaced 95% (or more, can be calculated) of all fluid. The last time use 100% glycol when refilling the radiator for a final mix of 50-50 water glycol.
