still have TH-400 rebuilt to TH-475 HD Tcase NP205 with lomax gear set.
dual alt's 24Volt NippenDenso Starter Drive shafts up dated to 1410 U joint's.

I saw this in person Sunday. The truck is bad arse! Nice workmanship/fab work. The Cummins look likes it belongs there. Strong running sweet sounding truck and it will definetly boil the tires! NICE WORK TROUTT!

Jealous... What are you going to do about high rpms with the th400?

There is no problems with RPM the Rear & Front Axle's been up dated to 3.07 Gear set's
Dana 61F Rear Dana 70HD.

AT 70 mph it is 1700 RPM.

Did you convert this from DRW to SRW? Did you get the D61 from a 1st Gen Cummins? What is the low down on the TH-475 HD?

The Dana 61 out first gen dodge cummins curb side pinion or under pass side
same as chevy.
The Trans has allison internal & tork converter pump repro valve body & govn.
This is been built for TH475 HD It still uses the trans VRV .

Fuel milage been 22mpg stop & go to 34mpg at 62mph exp at 70mph 27mpg
did fuel cal from 5 Gl fuel cell.

Yes it is still Hybrid 12/24 V top alt is SI22/ 12V 160 amp lower ilc ground for 24V. this one was orginal 100 amp on the cucv.

Yes this truck is VERY NICE all around. I have followed this CUCV for many miles in parades and running convoys. I'm thankful Troutt leads the way. The truck sounds very nice too

Very nice job! I like where you put the rear battery, I wish GM would have done it that way. Did you have any oil pan/axle clearance issues?

I Dunno... I think if I were you I would sell it really cheap to someone like me... Haven't figured out why yet, but when I do, I'll let you know.

No none at all I bought all the adapter plate from Cummins.
also the engine is 5 degree tilt to curb side & 5 degree to the rear.
No clearance issues what so ever.

With this install it was not that bad to get parts for it advanced auto parts Car quest &
Cummins most all parts in stock or one day away.
This was an fun project.
