It falls under implied consent. If you choose to drive a vehicle, by default you give consent for certain types of checks. Fuel, alcohol, etc.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Except the penalty for failing to give the consent is not the loss of the drivers license but the levying of another fine. Still looks like an end run around the 4th amendment. It falls under implied consent. If you choose to drive a vehicle, by default you give consent for certain types of checks. Fuel, alcohol, etc.
Driving is a priviledge - not a Right.
If you drive - you either do or don't obey the laws for the priviledge.

I'm planning on getting a '69 m35a2 and I live in nc. So if I get antique plates and bobbed it do you guys think I would have any issues with this? I work at a chopper shop and I have an unlimited supply of WMO and I'd like to use it!
You should be safe since you will only have two axles.
well if titling/registering this is anything like my antique motorcycle with a handmade hardtail frame I shouldn't have a problem here in NC! So lets say I leave it three axles with it as an antique do you guys think i'l be able to run wmo?Problem with that plan is to qualify for antique you can not make any major changes to the vehicle, like chop off an axle.
You agree to all sorts of things the you are not aware of as a condition to operating a vehicle on public roads.
