Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Thank you for the clarification. That's a 60amp....you don't want a 400amp. The upgrade is the 200amp, the kits are available for cheap.
so are the take out 200amp gens. That 400 is way to much power and requires totally different mounts.
Is the 200amp alternator for the 6.5 a commercial part that can be had from any auto parts store?
I already have the bearing but I’m lazy and looking for an easy way out !Does anyone know of any cheaper alternatives to the Niehoff 200 amp dual voltage generator ? I have a bearing going out in mine. I was hoping to convert it to a civilian escavator size or something like that?
Also I’ve been trying to find a YouTube video on how to replace the bearings but no luck. The shipping cost and uncertainty of a honest technician also have cost concerns.I already have the bearing but I’m lazy and looking for an easy way out !
