Plus if I add up how much I have in the wheel section alone I don't know if I want to drop another grand in more rims.

Wheels and tires - 1050
Studs - ~300
Studs second time for correct ones - ~350

~1700 just in the tire section = wife not happy

You can't return any of those studs? At least you don't have to change them to run the combat rims. Yes I have one or two combat rims, but not enough for your whole truck. Ask CSMdavis if he'll sell you a few. You should be able to get some for under $100 each especially if you don't need good tires with them.

I'll get with Margot on the studs I got from them and see.

I kinda like the long stud look tbh

Alright so today was very productive. Picked up an air raid siren for amgeneral72 and as soon as I got home me and the wife got to town on the truck.

She is all back together now. :D

Just have to add some dot 5, bleed the front brakes, hook up my pumps and take her to my grandfathers so I can tackle the rears out there with more room and shop air. I'm surprised I haven't burned out my 1.5 hp compressor pulling the studs in.

Had a chance to get my switch box assembled. I like it very much. I'm removing the battery and start switch from the dash and routing it to the rocker switched for a custom look. Haven't figured out what I want to hook up to the bunny burners yet.

Today got the truck running and moved it to the farm.

My pumps were DOA so I put the fuel hose back on the ip from the filter and did something I hate to do. I used starting fluid to start her.

I ordered a lift pump that goes on a 5.9 Cummins and I will tie into the system when it comes in.

I'm also going to marry the two tanks together and take out the fuel tank selector valve out of the mix. Teeing both feeds together and both returns together.

I'm ditching the hole using the bench seat base idea and taking everything out of the cab when the weather decides to cooperate. Batteries are going to go back in the stock box, equalizer is going on the back wall, and a M1070 seat is on it's way (NIB).

Will get my custom wiring done when I get everything out and my center radio organizers get in.

Have 2 90 amp solenoids on their way, 1 50 amp circuit breaker, 10 20 amp, and 3 30 amps en-route.

There was something I was trying to figure out with the VIC-1 but it has slipped my mind right now so it must not have been that important.

I did notice I defiantly need new window seals and I could have taken a shower going to the scales and to the farm. Also need a new wiper blade as it flew off.

Weighed in at 19020# with me in it. So I figure that is roughly 18700 truck, 200 me, and about 100 pounds of tools in the cab. Now if I could shed 2500 pounds I would be able to put a disabled vet plate on it.

Alright today I got all the stuff bolted to the floor out of the cab.

Tomorrow I will clean it, prep it and put some rubber coat down.

My het seat will go in, and my electronics panel will be bolted to the back wall and do the tedious work of wiring everything up.

I abandoned my switch box and went with a havis equipment console and got the switch panels for it. I had a havis console in my f250 so I already had most of the radio brackets.

Got the electronics panel all together, now I get to do the wiring.

24x24 sheet of diamond plate from tractor supply

18 solid state relays (pop riveted in, never again!)
3 12v golf cart solenoids
10 20a circuit breakers
2 30a circuit breakers
1 50a circuit breaker
VIC-1
80a battery equalizer

I drilled the holes for circuit breakers after doing all the relays, you can see where quality control slipped a little.

Well another setback. All my solid state relays will not activate under load.

So quick search on eBay and 16 new mechanical 24v coil relays are on the way along with 12 shock absorbers for mounting.

Will try to do the tires this weekend and rubberize the cab, and possibly mount the seat.
