Is this an HOA development? Here in the People's Republic of Massachusetts you cannot have a vechicle out in the open without being registered and insured.

If it is in a garage or car port they can't say anything. The concept has some merit as nobody wants a junkyard nextdoor to their property.

Unfortunately this opens people up to neighbors who for whatever reason complain "I do not want that thing there" or "We don't want military trucks in our neighborhood". You will have to find out just what the regulations are in your town. Really sorry you have to deal with this BS. If they force you to remove any of your property I would invest in the below equipment just to please the neighbor.

I'm unable to expand your photo's but if you are in a city they most likely have zoning laws your violating .
I know here they have designated truck routes and anything over 22 foot or 10,000 pounds is restricted except for deliveries .
And heavy equipment needs to be stored in areas with industrial zoning . You really need to read the code of ordinances to find out where you
stand . Not trying to be negative but cities are different than rural areas and usually have very defined zoning . We had a construction yard since
1920 long before our city zoned anything so we were "grandfathered" in , but that doesn't mean they didn't try to force us our every time we got some new council members that didn't like living by a construction company. I feel for you but if it's zoned residential there may be very little you can do unless you had the stuff before it was zoned , which it doesn't sound like you did . It can get expensive fighting it quick .

Here is a zoning map for Fairfield OH . Unless your in a green or gray area on the map , the loader is going to violate their zoning .

10 Gallons of water a porta potty and a bunk can make your M35 an RV
Very good point!! Could also be considered artwork or a memorial display for our brave soldiers.

Could be used as a lighting rod to help protect the family homestead from the storms. Could also be a work in progress to encircle the family home from Indian attack.

Haha its 2022 our freedoms are slowly fading... I guess my biggest question is can they really legally limit me to 3/4ton vehicles? And can they say no military vehicles to return to the property?

If I’m reading correctly, that only applies to “commercial” vehicles rated over 3/4 ton, so probably not applicable to you. I think “rated over 3/4 ton” would be very grey, I’m guessing about every truck on the road today has a carrying capacity over 3/4 ton. I didn’t notice anything about military vehicles in you photos. Be carful with your dealer plates though, not sure if that could open up another can of worms.
