Looking good. How are you planning on supporting the stereo and where are the speakers going? I'm thinking of putting mine in the same place but haven't started cutting yet. I'd like to put the speakers behind the front seats but don't want wires laying around.
So much to do with so little time!

I will add a bracket to support the radio. I have decided to move it a little further to the passenger side as i will be adding A/C to the dash. As far as the speakers i may fab up a box with fiberglass and mount them behind the seats were the rifles are and where the power goes for the radio. Perhaps i may just add a box under the front seats.

I may redo the doors as i looked at some photos in my cruse book and found m1009's and the lettering was 2'' not 3'' It looks weird to me and I am not liking it.

Was thinking of adding nerf bars when i lift it. So can get in easy. I was thinking of making it look like stinger missiles on the sides. That would be silly for sure but may look good too.

I do like you cucv too. I really like green but here in the desert I rather have tan!

I did get the looseness out of the steering. after adjusting the steering box 2 time i looked to find a loose ball joint nut. it sure sucks fuel . i need to check into that.

I added some custom badging to the new dash trim. Also added a power outlet in the ash tray. I added a light in the back with a flush switch right behind the drivers head. see the black dot in the top. I also added seat belt stand to replace the busted plastic that held them up.

You have sold me. I am going to desert mine as soon as I have no other projects. Where did you get the door stencils ? I need a set but with 2" letters.

I'm interested in adding a similar rear cargo-area light in my '09 as well. :jumpin:

Couple question:

Where did you pull power from?
Any details on how you routed it up into the shell?
Is that light fixture from a civy blazer, or did you find an aftermarket that fit perfectly?

Thanks!
