Start with the dead crank switch, is it in the normal position? Next is the red emergency stop button pulled out?
Next is the 7.5A DC circuit breaker behind the control panel, is it pressed in?
If still no luck the next thing I would check is the CR1 diode on the PCB board in the back rear corner of the control cube.
Lastly is the Shunt on the right side bottom inside the control cube.
This is all assuming you have good batteries and they are installed correctly....

Do you have the TMs downloaded for this machine? I think you might want to if not, to eliminate some of the 'simple' reasons why you might not have power at the control panel.

No light or anything ,good batteries ,hooked 24v
Ugh...so when you turn the start knob to prime the fuel pump doesn't turn on and these test lights won't turn on? No guage lights?

nothing at all
Ok then you gotta keep it simple and make sure the emergency shut off switch is pulled out and start checking for power starting at the batteries out. I usually split stuff in half...start at the batteries and the start switch and see where the power stops so it isolates which direction to go.
