He didn’t either, at first they wanted that but they didn’t need it after all.You do not need commercial reg before applying for historic. I took in a SF97 on a M35A3 and M931A2 and received historic reg. No weight cert required.
I already moved. I had enough!!!Just another reason to move out of California. That place is sinking. JMO
A lot has changed in 9 years here in CaliforniaI've had my M818 registered Historic for nearly 9 years now. I did VIN verify (REG 31) through AAA myself, then Historic plates were obtained through a titling/registration service. No issues.
