We took the truck rock crawling yesterday, in Piedmont trails in South Dakota. A 3.7 mile trail took about 1.5 hours, a lot of it was crawling speed.

Nice views from 2/3ds from the top of the hills:

But when I came home, we noticed a leak in the front right break area, needs investigating, possibly a broken lien... ummffff
Man I gota get out of S TX, I love it here, some of the reasons are it is pretty much a desert, no rain, no water and everything here tries to sting you stick you or bite you so only the tough survive, but it is flat as a pancake with no public land.
Anyone that lives where there is some terrain want to adopt a 66 year old delinquent:ROFLMAO:

The Black Hills are considered holy and sacred by the local Native Americans, the Oglala Sioux tribe, and Lokata, Dakota and Nakota tribes. There is something very magical and mystical about this place. Dances with wolves was filmed here, and Kevin Costner fell in love.

If you ever make it up here, I personally invite you and your family to stay with us to experience the wonders here… you can quote me on that. Not a real adoption, but as close as you can get :p

Challenge coin from Delta Air Lines Tech Ops (our great host). Several forum members took vehicles over for display at their annual Veteran’s Celebration. We displayed both at the general offices (pic) and out at the airport maintenance facility.

2nd annual Veteran's Day Parade. These two guys were the Grand Marshalls, 101 and 100 years old left to right. They weren't up to the HMMWV this year so I was #16 with some random friends of the parade people (I guess, really not sure who they were or why they were there despite conversation).

They took us through the parking lot of the extended care facility so the residents could sit in the breezeway and watch us go by.
